These terms cover the GuruGuard website, browser extension, experimental mobile features and AI-credit product, operated by Furkan Coban. Support: support@shepardai.pro.

What GuruGuard provides

GuruGuard helps you inspect available public marketing claims, read source-linked community discussions and choose which Instagram accounts to block or hide. A review score measures detected warning signs in the checked content. It is not a probability of fraud, a finding of wrongdoing or a guarantee that an account is safe. Community reports and criticism are separate from the score.

Checks may miss unavailable posts, unopened highlights, visual context, sarcasm or changes to a profile. A course, affiliate link, luxury item or complaint alone does not establish fraud. AI explanations, when available, can be mistaken. Check the linked evidence and make your own decisions.

The extension and blocking

Automatic public-profile checks require the browser permission you grant. You can turn them off. “Hide” changes what is shown in your browser and is reversible. “Block” opens Instagram's blocking controls where supported; you must confirm the action in Instagram. On phones, you may need to open the profile menu yourself. GuruGuard does not guarantee automatic blocking or control Instagram's interface.

AI credits

Credits are currently a preview: the eight displayed demo credits have no monetary value, cannot be purchased or redeemed, and do not run paid AI checks. Purchases are paused.

The planned one-time packs are 5 credits for $1.25, 15 for $3.00, 25 for $4.19 and 50 for $6.25 USD. These are preview prices, not an offer to take payment now. Free profile and rule checks do not consume AI credits.

Before sales begin, the checkout and updated terms will explain delivery, taxes, credit usage and refunds. The prepared implementation uses one credit for a successful eligible AI explanation and returns a reserved credit when the check fails. Credits are service units, not cash or an investment. There is no recurring subscription in this product. No charge is authorized by viewing a pack or a demo balance.

Submissions and acceptable use

Submit only content you are entitled to share. Describe specific experiences or claims, and provide public sources when possible. Do not submit fabricated accusations, threats, harassment, hate speech, personal contact details, private messages, confidential material or illegal content. Do not use GuruGuard to stalk people, coordinate harassment, evade platform controls or spam the service.

By submitting feedback, you allow GuruGuard to store, moderate and display that submission for the service. You remain responsible for what you submit. Suggestions are not automatically published. We may decline, hide or remove content, correct entries and restrict abusive use. Contact support with a record identifier or username to request a correction or removal.

Availability and third parties

GuruGuard is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. Instagram, Google, Cloudflare, AI providers and Creem operate their own services and terms. Profile access and interface behavior can change. The experimental mobile capture feature is not represented as a completed or continuously available product.

Do not rely on GuruGuard for financial, legal or investment decisions. We do not promise complete detection, uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy, changes and contact

See our privacy policy for profile checks, screenshots, submissions and device storage. Material changes to data handling or credit purchases will be published before those features are enabled. You can stop using the website and uninstall the extension at any time.
